PRESS RELEASE for immediate release: After many months delay in dealing with the Harris County Engineer's Office, JB IRRIGATION & SERVICES has now broken ground on a large irrigation installation for Lone Star College's North Harris Campus. The project is to Irrigate nearly one mile of raised medians (esplenades) along WW Thorne Drive, the main access road leading into the College Campus. Some specifics of the job...13,500 feet pipe, 6.5 miles of wire, 330 sprinkler heads. The irrigation system will provide water to some 400+ trees already planted on the esplenades as well irrigate about 3 acres of turf.
