JB Irrigation & Services New System Warranty

Components of a Sprinkler System Newly installed by JB Irrigation & Services will be warranted for a minimum period of 1 (ONE) year and workmanship will be warranted for a minimum period of 1 (ONE) YEAR, unless otherwise noted in the proposal.  Upon the expiration of the initial 1 year workmanship warranty period, a labor charge will be applicable for replacing parts covered under any extended component warranty.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage by Vehicles
• Damage by animals
• Acts of God
• Plant growth blocking coverage
• Lack of plant growth
• Improper operation of irrigation system
• Trench subsidence
• Warranty does not extend to replacement of any landscape

This warranty is null and void if any changes, additions, alterations, renovations, or repairs are made by an outside party other than a representative of JB Irrigation and Services.
